Paul Holmbeck is World Board Member of IFOAM - Organics International, Former Director of Organic Denmark and

Director of Holmbeck EcoConsult. He played a leading role over 25 years in developing the partnerships with retailers that made Denmark a world leader in organic sales. Collaborations, consumer messaging and private label strategies have mainstreamed and democratized organics in Denmark, where organic market shares top 30-60 percent of total sales for many basic foods, from milk and eggs, to vegetables, grains and fruits. Since 2020, Paul has been advising governments and business associations worldwide in policy for organic market development and public procurement, and has been hired to provide strategic guidance and inspiration to leading retailers in e.g. Germany and The Netherlands on growing organic sales. Paul will share some of these insights with you.

For over 40 years, the Private Label Manufacturers Association (PLMA) has brought retailers together with manufacturers to help them find new products, make new contacts, and discover new ideas that help their private label programs succeed and grow.
